Boiler Replacement Plumber will perform a free gas tightness test before commencing work. If any gas leak(s) are found in the property, the customer is liable to pay for any costs to find and fix the issue. Alternatively, C.G.H. will finish the agreed work, allowing the customer to arrange the solution for the gas leak(s) themselves. Note: Legally, Boiler Replacement Plumber must ensure the gas supply is kept shut in case it is above the permissible allowance.

In any instance whereby the customer wants to run the pipe work, which may need chasing or needs extra time further costs will be incurred.

After commencing work, any alteration or deviation from agreed specifications, involving extra cost will be executed only upon written order and will become an extra charge over and above the quotation.

Any obstruction in the way of pipe works/boiler installation will be removed, only with consent of customer, for the job to be completed professionally. C.G.H is not liable to repair or restore any building work.
